Ringo Starr & The All-Starr Band
The Beatles’ Ringo Starr may have been the first rock drummer you ever listened to, and Ringo and his All Starr Band are performing Nov. 3 at The Pavilion at Irving Music Factory. This Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and 77-year-old world-renowned musician released his 19th solo album “Give More Love” on Sept. 15. This new album features 10 new songs and collaborations with Beatles’ band-mate Paul McCartney and superstar Peter Frampton. The Irvine Music Factory is located on 300 W. Las Colinas Blvd., and tickets start at $108.

Dallas Observer Tacolandia
Come on over to the Dallas Farmer’s Market on Saturday, Oct. 7, for the Third Annual Dallas Observer Tacolandia. Presented by TABASCO® Sauce, the Tacolandia is an outdoor celebration of Dallas’ best-handcrafted tacos. Sample an unlimited number of tacos in your favorite categories from urban to authentic street style, as taco-chefs compete for awards in various categories. Tacolandia is a true festival of delicious food, complete with live music, and adult beverages. This authentic taco jamboree will be at 1010 S. Pearl Expressway in Dallas, about 13 miles from Irving. Advanced general admission tickets are $35.
19th Annual Cool 18 Golf Tournament
Take your golf game to a whole new level when you join the Greenough Family Foundation for a day of family fun and charity golf on Thursday, Oct. 19. This unique golf tournament hosted by the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas has been supporting cancer research since 1999.
Benefiting the Baylor Scott & White Cancer Center in Irving, this world-class event includes breakfast, lunch, and 18-holes of golf on the award-winning TPC Four Seasons course, located at 4150 N. MacArthur Blvd. in Irving. Gifts, awards, and a silent auction round out the day’s event. The tournament is open to the public, and sponsorship starts at $500.
Dallas Cowboys vs. Los Angeles Rams
No one loves their football like Texans, and the Cowboys have a full roster of home games this fall. Join our team on Oct. 1 for a battle against the Rams. AT&T Stadium is about a 20-minute drive from Irving off Interstate-30 East. Check out super-star running back Ezekiel Elliot and watch 23-year-old quarterback Dak Prescott prove his incredible rookie season wasn’t a fluke. You can buy single game tickets online starting around $50 per person. Remember, purses and bags are not allowed in the stadium on game day.
